Complete emptying and sterilisation of all machine components coming into contact with the ice cream mixture is only necessary every 6/8 weeks.

And this is also done very quickly – the process is extremely simple: Normal drinking water is heated up by the LUNA soft ice cream machine. Then the water is drained off again and your LUNA soft ice cream machine can be immediately re-started for sales.
